1. Torontothegood.com. Prudential Properties Plus and its Agents realized quite a few years ago that the internet would make a difference to how the real estate business was conducted. That’s why we developed our own Broker’s web site TorontoTheGood.com. We pride ourselves in the fact that TorontoTheGood.com consistently has a high page ranking with Google (the most powerful and most used search engine in the world), when Toronto Real Estate is searched. This search request “Toronto real estate” is by far the most searched word phrase in search engines when real estate is searched in the Toronto area.

Another important way that we drive Buyers to our web site to see our Seller’s listings is that every one of our “FOR SALE AND SOLD SIGNS” throughout the Toronto area has our web address prominently displayed.

We also advertise our web site wthrough our POST CARD MARKETING PROGRAM and have links to TorontoTheGood.com from other prominent local web sites such as Toronto.com.

This is important for our Sellers because this is how we give their listings much more exposure than our competitors. Many Buyers have told us that they have found the property they have purchased on TorontoTheGood.com, even though they have used their own Agent to make the purchase.
 
2. VIP e-mail marketing program. Prudential Properties Plus and its Agents also realized that to get the maximum exposure possible for our Seller’s listings we needed a method to market directly to the prime source of all Buyers, “other agents.”  Our VIP EMAIL MARKETING PROGRAM allows our Agents to e-mail all the local Agents in the areas surrounding our Seller’s listing telling them about the listing and inviting them to an open house with a specially prepared lunch. We insist that a special lunch be offered so that the Agents won’t think we are just taking advantage of them with our e-mail system. Also we believe that it is important to have as many Agents as possible see our Seller’s property. Many times an Agent has said, “I think I'll show this property to XXXX. I hadn’t considered it before, but now that I see it, I can see how it can work for them”.

3. Technology initiatives. Prudential Properties Plus and its Agents realize that the use of modern technology is important to be able to keep up with the changing real estate market.  That is why we have our own e-mail server, allowing us to easily keep in touch among ourselves and with our Customers and Clients, along with having access to our personal e-mail databases from any web enabled computer in the world. Having our own e-mail server also allows us to greatly decrease (virtually eliminate) spam e-mail to our handhelds, a major bonus for our agents who heavily rely on e-mail communications.

Prudential Properties Plus and its Agents are in the forefront of using technology to acquire Buyer leads for our Seller’s properties. We make extensive use of lead generation technology in Torontothegood.com and within our Agent’s personal web sites.

We also have our own extranet that is accessible only by Prudential Properties Plus Agents and staff. Here we can monitor activity on our listings, page one another, access company marketing documents, get help and advice on technology and real estate. Agents can also, easily modify or update their own personal web sites, create their own personal property feature sheets, access leads from their own web sites along with those fromTorontothegood.com.

We realise that being able to easily use new technology in productive ways, is not something that most people are born with and so we have technically competent staff and training programs to help our Agents make use of the technology available to them.
